are located in Mt. Dora, Florida, with our North Florida
division based out of Jacksonville. Since formulation,
our company has worked on projects ranging from small residential jobs to commercial projects exceeding two

Tony Huerta - President
Tony has over 20 years experience in the landscaping industry. He founded Down to Earth in 1990. Tony’s goal was to establish a company that could produce stunning landscape projects in which he would be proud to say Down to Earth was a part of. In 1998, Tony expanded Down to Earth’s operations into the North Florida area, and at the same time started a maintenance division, which
has grown into one of the most respected in both Central and North Florida.

Mike Mosler Sr. - Vice President
Mike has over 20 years of experience and has a strong desire to deliver the best results possible for his clients. As Senior Partner,
he manages the day-to-day operations of Down to Earth and takes great pride in his company and the finished product they give
to their customers.

Bill Kinsey - Vice President
Bill is the partner in charge of North Florida division since 2001. With over 25 years experience in golf course and landscape construction management, Bill’s vast knowledge and hands on approach enables each client to realize their maximum potential
of their investment. Bill’s commitment to each project makes him highly respected in the industry for his detailed attention. Bill’s reputation for honesty, reliability and dependability gives the North Florida division confidence to meet any challenge.

Mike Mosler Jr. - Director of Operations
Mike is the Director of Operations for Down to Earth, and he is responsible for managing the daily operations of the construction, maintenance, and business development divisions. He has been part of the Down to Earth team since 2002, and he brings with him extensive experience managing large scale commercial and residential landscape projects. Mike has a strong commitment to
excellence and prides himself on delivering a product and service that is second to none.

Greg Boucher - Director of Operations
Greg handles operations and personnel for Bill Kinsey in the North Florida office. He has over 25 years experience in landscape maintenance and construction. He is a certified Pest Control Operator and licensed irrigation contractor. Greg attended the
University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he earned a BS in Entomology and a BA in management and marketing.

Dana Merkley - Business Development
Dana is responsible for acquiring landscape maintenance and construction sales. Prior to joining the Down to Earth team, she
worked for a large-scale tree farm building the Central Florida market. Dana is a graduate of Western Kentucky University
where she earned a BS in Horticulture. Dana has been with Down to Earth since 2008.
